Watch and learn how to:
- make homemade pasta dough by
hand, food processor and mixer;
make flavored pasta with
natural ingredients and fresh spices;
make shaped and filled pastas such as
ravioli, tortellini, spaetzle and gnocchi.
Join fellow alumni and learn the skills needed to prepare many great pasta dishes. Samples being served.
