The Henry Melchior Muhlenberg Society (HMMS)

The Henry Melchior Muhlenberg Society (HMMS) was founded in 1967 to recognize a very special group of Muhlenberg leaders. Each year, alumni, parents and friends join the HMMS and become part of an exclusive network that firmly believes in the College's enduring value and supports its continued advancement.

Annual leadership gifts are a vital source of support. All gifts count toward HMMS membership regardless of their designation. Gifts designated to The Muhlenberg Fund help support student scholarships, attract and keep distinguished faculty, benefit research and update equipment and technology, thereby enhancing the Muhlenberg experience for current and future students.

Joining the HMMS is easier than you think:

  • The fund year runs from July 1 to June 30.
  • Gifts can be in the form of a check, credit card, securities or other assets.
  • Gifts can be made in monthly or quarterly installments through June 30.
